Recruitment Ops Manager (Remote Professional Contract)

As a Recruitment Ops Manager (Remote Professional Contract) with AnyHired ($35 - $55/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Sourcing, Recruitment pipeline, Remote work self-management, Stakeholder communication. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tracking systems, and operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Attend and represent the company at recruiting events in San Francisco approximately every two weeks (with potential to increase to weekly), helping turn new connections into active candidate pipelines.
• Demonstrated background in operations, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• General understanding of candidate sourcing and recruitment processes.
• Exceptional self-management skills, especially in remote work settings.
• Own day-to-day recruitment operations, ensuring smooth candidate tracking, timely follow-ups, reminders, and momentum in hiring workflows.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to manage next steps, facilitate interviews, collect feedback, and drive outstanding actions to closure.
