As a Organic & Computational Chemistry Research Scientist (PhD) — 100% Remote Engagement with AnyHired ($45 - $90/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Computational Chemistry, Structural Bioinformatics, Cheminformatics, Proteomics & Metabolomics. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly, both in writing and verbally, to technical and non-technical collaborators.
• Document findings, methodologies, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer across the customer’s team.

Professional Qualifications

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to clearly document and explain technical concepts.
• Track record of rigorous scientific problem-solving in complex chemistry domains.
• Academic experience (postdoc, research scientist, faculty, or equivalent), strongly preferred.
• Peer-reviewed publications, patents, or contributions to open-source scientific software.
• Practical background using AI/ML-assisted chemistry workflows or benchmarking.
• Background in drug discovery, reaction prediction, or retrosynthesis.
• Compensation Band: $45 - $90/hour

Hourly Compensation & Flexibility

• Compensation Rate: $45 - $90/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
