As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (San Francisco / Remote) — 100% Remote Engagement with AnyHired ($50 - $50/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Sourcing, Recruitment pipeline, Remote work self-management, Stakeholder communication. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Represent our customer's team at San Francisco-based career fairs and industry events on a bi-weekly basis to enhance employer brand and connect with prospective talent.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
• 2-3 years of proven headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably in startup or tech-focused organizations.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, recruitment pipeline management, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and deliver results in a remote work setting.
• Identify, prospect, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including headhunting, networking, and digital platforms.
• Manage the from initial concept through completion recruitment pipeline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.

• Compensation Band: $50 - $50/hour
