As a Rates trader — 100% Remote Engagement with AnyHired ($80 - $100/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in interest rate swaps trading, swaptions trading, treasury futures trading, repo trading. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Document rationale and communicate findings in written and verbal formats for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in interest rate swaps trading, swaptions trading, treasury futures trading, repo trading, sofr/eurodollar trading, algorithmic trading.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Assess model-generated trading strategies and outputs for accuracy, risk management, and market realism across rates products.
• Draft, calibrate, and refine representative sample tasks with clear project instructions based on real trading scenarios in the rates space.

• Current or former experience as a rates trader at an investment bank, hedge fund, or similar institution.
• Significant practical knowledge of interest rate swaps, swaptions, treasury futures, repo, and Eurodollar/SOFR trading.

• Compensation Rate: $80 - $100/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
