As a Virtual Assistant — 100% Remote Engagement with AnyHired ($15 - $30/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Administrative Support, Vendor Management, Operational Organization. Role Deliverables

• Source gifts and manage ordering, personalization, shipping, and delivery.
• Track gifting budgets, recipient information, orders, and vendors.
• Anticipate needs and drive tasks through completion.
• 3+ years in administrative support, operations, or a similar role.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Own scheduling, research, documentation, and general administrative tasks.

Professional Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack and project management tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and automate repetitive tasks.
• Compensation Band: $15 - $30/hour
