As a Restaurant Operations & Toast POS Workflow Specialist (Remote Professional Contract) with AnyHired ($28 - $92/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Toast POS, Restaurant Operations, Point of Sale (POS) Systems, Order & Payment Management. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Facilitate knowledge transfer by clearly articulating Toast POS concepts through both written and verbal communication.
• Participate in collaborative sessions to refine prompts, tasks, or datasets related to Toast POS and restaurant order management.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Toast POS, Restaurant Operations, Point of Sale (POS) Systems, Order & Payment Management.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Analyze and provide feedback on Toast POS workflows, including order entry, payment processing, and reporting features.
• Create scenario-based documentation and step-by-step guides reflecting real restaurant operations using Toast POS.

Professional Qualifications

• Experience training, mentoring, or supporting others in adopting new restaurant technology solutions is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $28 - $92/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
