As a Employment Law, Workplace Compliance & Labor Relations Counsel (Remote Professional Contract) with AnyHired ($100 - $170/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in employment law expertise, legal analysis, legal document review, issue spotting. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Active, good-standing bar admission in at least one U.S. state or D.C.
• Analyze employment law scenarios to identify key legal issues, assess risks, and apply sound legal judgment.
• Review model-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Deliver actionable, well-organized critiques and corrections to improve model-generated outputs.
• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.

Professional Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.

• Compensation Band: $100 - $170/hour
