As a Remote Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Legal Counsel (BigLaw Firms) — AnyHired Specialist Network with AnyHired ($140 - $400/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate law, litigation, multidisciplinary teamwork. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Engage in remote project discussions and contribute to iterative quality assurance processes.
• Support the development of evaluation rubrics and best practices where requested by internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate law, litigation, multidisciplinary teamwork, legal research, remote collaboration.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Provide expert analysis and annotation of complex M&A and corporate law scenarios for AI model training.

• Compensation Band: $140 - $400/hour

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited US law school and active bar admission in the United States.
