As a SaaS Revenue Operations (RevOps) & CRM Systems Architect — 100% Remote Engagement with AnyHired ($45 - $90/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Operations, CRM Ownership, Revenue Tools Beyond the CRM, Operational Judgment and Policy Conflicts. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Apply critical judgment and operational expertise when faced with conflicting rules or cascading changes that impact multiple systems.
• Deliver thorough written documentation that can serve as reference for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Operations, CRM Ownership, Revenue Tools Beyond the CRM, Operational Judgment and Policy Conflicts, Data Accuracy and Reporting.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing data to identify areas where operational logic and policies are out of alignment.

Professional Qualifications

• Professional English proficiency, with strong skills in articulating nuanced reasoning and operational trade-offs in both written and verbal communication.
• Compensation Band: $45 - $90/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or SaaS implementation and onboarding with direct system ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to personally configure CRM systems (fields, workflows, validation rules, permissions) rather than delegating these changes to others.

Hourly Compensation & Flexibility

• Compensation Rate: $45 - $90/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
