As a Internal Medicine Hospitalist, Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) — 100% Remote Engagement with AnyHired ($80 - $125/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Quality Assurance, CDI, Inpatient Medicine, Clinical Documentation. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Share feedback to help improve frontier AI reasoning systems and data quality.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Quality Assurance, CDI, Inpatient Medicine, Clinical Documentation, Internal Medicine.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for AI training.
• Check whether clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.

Professional Qualifications

• Practical background using chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $80 - $125/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• At least 5 years of hospitalist experience.
• MD or DO, board certified in Internal Medicine (or Internal Medicine with a Hospital Medicine focused practice designation).

Hourly Compensation & Flexibility
