As a Remote Enterprise Salesforce & HubSpot Revenue Systems Administrator — AnyHired Specialist Network with AnyHired ($35 - $80/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Operations, CRM Ownership, Revenue Tools Beyond the CRM, Operational Judgment and Policy Conflicts. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Evaluate and articulate the impact of proposed changes on connected tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Contribute insights on system design, optimization, and sustainable CRM governance in a SaaS context.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Operations, CRM Ownership, Revenue Tools Beyond the CRM, Operational Judgment and Policy Conflicts, Data Accuracy and Reporting.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for contradictions, obsolete policies, duplicate records, and operational inconsistencies.

Professional Qualifications

• Excellent professional English communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in documenting technical reasoning and operational policy decisions.
• Compensation Band: $35 - $80/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• 4–6 years of hands-on CRM administration or implementation with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable platforms.
• Demonstrated history of real-world CRM build-outs, including implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts led independently.
