As a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) — Remote AI Systems & Data Evaluation with AnyHired ($50 - $70/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in ICD-10, CCS, Inpatient Records, CPT. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Enter model-generated patient information into computerized inpatient and outpatient medical record databases.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in ICD-10, CCS, Inpatient Records, CPT.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Review and analyze inpatient medical records to ensure accurate ICD-10 and CPT coding in alignment with current guidelines and best practices.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and coding integrity.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated clinical notes and summaries against real-world documentation and coding standards.

Professional Qualifications

• Compensation Band: $50 - $70/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 50 open positions
• Core Competencies: ICD-10, CCS, Inpatient Records, CPT
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Active certification in one of the following: CCS, CIC, COC, RHIA, or RHIT or other coding certification through AHIMA and AAPC.
• ICD-10 coding experience.

Hourly Compensation & Flexibility

• Compensation Rate: $50 - $70/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
