As a Remote Strategic Project Lead, Robotics — Distributed Technical Practice with AnyHired ($300,000 - $500,000/year, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Data Pipeline Ownership, FPS, Hardware Systems, Tooling & Automation. Role Deliverables

• Identify bottlenecks and build automation for validation, QA, and reporting.
• Define and enforce capture protocols, workflows, and operational standards.
• Translate client requirements into executable systems and processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to drive execution.
• Strong experience with robotics or high-throughput data pipelines.
• Hands-on with sensor systems, FPS constraints, and multi-camera setups.
• Analytical and systems-oriented; able to optimize cost vs speed vs quality.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$160,000.
