As a Remote Legal Risk Identification & Corporate Document Review Counsel — AnyHired Specialist Network with AnyHired ($80 - $180/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Drafting and reviewing legal documents, Basic legal research, Identifying risks/problematic clauses (contract review), Handling confidentiality and conflicts of interest. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Adhere strictly to confidentiality and conflict-of-interest protocols, working exclusively with public or synthetic data.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Drafting and reviewing legal documents, Basic legal research, Identifying risks/problematic clauses (contract review), Handling confidentiality and conflicts of interest, Explaining legal concepts to non-lawyers.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Review sample or template contracts and other legal documents to assess clarity, enforceability, and risk.
• Identify, analyze, and flag potentially risky or problematic clauses, providing detailed written commentary.

Professional Qualifications

• Experience working with or interest in technology, AI, or legal operations is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $80 - $180/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active or lapsed bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of practice experience, with a strong focus on document-heavy legal work (e.g., contracts, compliance, transactions).

Hourly Compensation & Flexibility

• Compensation Rate: $80 - $180/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
