As a Strategic Project Lead, J.D./Legal Expertise — 100% Remote Engagement with AnyHired ($400,000 - $550,000/year, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Leadership & Team Management, Data Operations, Human Data. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Own client communication, keeping it clear, direct, and consistent.
• Manage Legal domain experts and project leads to ensure quality and delivery.
• Provide daily internal updates with progress, blockers, and explicit next steps.
• JD (Juris Doctor) or equivalent law degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in legal practice, legal research, regulatory/compliance, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with attorneys and senior Legal experts.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.

Professional Qualifications

• Working knowledge of data pipelines, AI training workflows, and human-in-the-loop operations.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $180,000 –$230,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. our AI research partner provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
