As a Postal Clerk — Remote Systems & Domain Evaluation with AnyHired ($30 - $45/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Postage, Shipping, Customs. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Current, former, or retired USPS frontline experience (postal clerk, sales and service associate, or retail associate)
• 1+ years helping customers in person at a post office counter
• Working knowledge of mail classes, shipping options, postage, tracking, and change of address
• Able to start quickly and commit 15-25 hours/week
• Review sample postal questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real customers ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on mail classes, shipping options, postage, fees, and shipping labels.
• Cover package tracking, missing or damaged mail, change of address and mail forwarding, and international mailing and customs forms in your rubrics.
