As a Remote U.S. Licensed Legal Reasoning & Appellate Issue-Spotting Counsel — AnyHired Specialist Network with AnyHired ($100 - $170/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in legal reasoning, issue-spotting, legal writing, document review. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Earned Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active, good-standing bar admission in at least one U.S. state or D.C.
• At least 3+ years of substantive post-J.D. legal practice.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, legal writing, and document review skills.
• Evaluate complex legal fact patterns spanning litigation, corporate transactions, and regulatory or compliance matters to spot dispositive issues, statutory risks, and controlling legal doctrine.
• Audit model-drafted legal memoranda, briefs, and transactional agreements for doctrinal precision, thoroughness, and persuasive logic.
• Pinpoint misstatements of law, unsupported inferences, omitted material facts, and logical gaps in automated legal drafts.

• Experience reviewing complex legal documents, identifying substantive errors, or evaluating competing legal arguments.

Hourly Compensation & Flexibility
