As a Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Benefits Counselor — AnyHired Specialist Network with AnyHired ($35 - $50/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Medicare, Spanish, Benefits, Outreach. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Demonstrated background in at least one of: Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, or National Park services
• 1+ years counseling or assisting the public in that area (benefits counselor, case manager, community health worker, or similar)
• Able to start quickly and commit 10-20 hours/week, with more availability toward the end of the project
• Review sample questions in Spanish and English and flag any that don’t sound like what real people ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer in your area of expertise (Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans, or National Parks).
• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers in Spanish against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, mistranslations, and wording that is unclear or unnatural.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.

Professional Qualifications

• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• Practical background using more than one of the areas above
• Experience interpreting or translating professionally

Hourly Compensation & Flexibility

• Compensation Rate: $35 - $50/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
