As a Corporate Governance, SPA & Mergers Transactional Attorney (Remote Professional Contract) with AnyHired ($90 - $130/hour, 100% remote), you will play a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI systems reason through complex problems in Contract Redlining, Contract Drafting, Contract Negotiation, M&A. This contract offers flexible remote scheduling for qualified professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Role Deliverables

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Working knowledge of standard M&A agreements, including APAs and SPAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.

Professional Qualifications

• Compensation Structure:
• Compensation is task-based, meaning experts are paid per completed task that meets the project specifications. The average handling time (AHT) is approximately 3.5 hours per task, and the effective hourly rate will depend on the number of tasks completed and successfully signed off.
• Compensation Band: $90 - $130/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
